Dramatic and visually arresting printed design on fabric of a young man and eagle by Timney-Fowler, Ltd. Sue Timney (English, born 1950) and Graham Fowler (English, born 1956) formed Timney-Fowler Limited, in 1980 in London; the company is known for its’ signature style of black and white neoclassical designs in fabric and wallpaper. The company logo appears in the lower right corner. The textile, which is in good condition, has been mounted and is housed in a wood and gesso painted silver frame. The frame is distressed on the left hand side (as you face it) where the paint and gesso have been worn down to the wood.
