My work is heavily influenced by nostalgia and loving memories of times gone by. I come from a family of miners and grew up in the Afan Valley near the steel working town of Port Talbot. Therefore the coal and steel industry has played a huge part in my life, the hard working men and women and the close knit communities are what makes us who we are.
