A sigil is a magical or witchcraft symbol containing an intention or manifestation, it is traditionally printed on paper and kept on oneself, or slipped into an object or place linked to the intention. For example “I am free of negativity” to keep on oneself, or “Growth” to place near our dear little green plants =) The sigil is constructed in meditation by focusing on the letters composing the sentence, the intention is always stated in English as the method requires.
